She has stated that a suitable infrastructure is created to integrate PWDs in all the projects that MCIT launches to activate the principles of integration. The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) considered the Egyptian experience in this field as one of the best practices that other countries should emulate.

During the event, an employment fair for PWDs was held, through which PWDs can apply for the training for employment grant that MCIT launched to qualify them to work in ICT companies. On the sideline of the conference, an exhibition for Arabic assistive technology tools was held for the winning companies in Tamkeen Competition.

Tamkeen aims to develop software and mobile phones applications for PWDs and is held by MCIT annually to support innovation in the field of assistive technology tools, through which MCIT seeks to create a new information market in the Arab region to serve more than 55 million PWDs in the Arab world.
