During the Seventh Annual International ICT4PwDs 2018 Conference and Exhibition, the technological accessibility of government websites initiative was launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. The initiative aims to ensure PwDs access to information, in accordance with the principles established by the Constitution and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which Egypt signed in 2007.
