Job Description
The position falls within the Central Administration of Minister’s Office Affairs. The incumbent is responsible for promoting the relationship between MCIT and the general public or external audiences in the administrative bodies and between scientific entities and local and international experts as well as for taking part in visits and conferences organized by the administrative bodies for the same purposes.
Basic Skills
Strong ability to lead, direct and develop plans and programs and monitor their implementation
Technical Skills
Pass the required training in accordance with the law’s provisions and executive regulations
Years of Experience
Spent an interval period of at least (one year) in one of Level A jobs, or spent a total period of at least (17 years) in a position of similar nature
Qualifications
A suitable qualification that matches the position’s type and nature

1- A statement of the approved employment status, including employment history, scientific and practical capabilities, leadership skills, and any other data of the applicant supported by documents

3- Six (6) personal photos, size 4×6
4- A statement of the applicant's achievements and contributions to the unit in which he was working
5- A proposal to develop the unit or one of its main activities to improve its performance and develop its systems according to the model provided by the decision of the Minister of Planning, Follow-up and Administrative Reform No. (95) of 2017. A copy of the proposal must be attached on a CD
