Egypt Post Wins EMS Customer Care Award by UPU


Egypt Post has won the Express Mail Service (EMS) Customer Care Award 2020, awarded by the Universal Postal Union (UPU), in recognition of Egypt Post’s high quality EMS customer service, after achieving the highest standards of quality, inquiry handling time and delivery.

Winning the award culminates Egypt Post’s international role during the past period, which reflects Egypt’s regional and international leadership in rendering different postal services.

The criteria for winning the award are based on strict key performance indicators measured by UPU, including achieving 98% or higher in replying to, receiving and resolving inquiries on time, which required Egypt Post team to exert a huge effort to render world-class services.
