The Software Engineering Competence Center (SECC) has granted the Research and Development Center at Qingdao OTC Markets Clearing Co., Ltd., in China, the Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV) V1.3 Maturity Level 3 Accreditation, raising the number of companies appraised by SECC to 117.
SECC Lead Appraisers conduct appraisal services in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, China and Bangladesh to reach maturity levels 2 and 3 for CMMI for Services and Development.
