The German Language Academies Program is a capacity-building program implemented by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA). The program aims to qualify employees and job applicants of IT outsourcing companies and call centers in Egypt and create new job opportunities.

ITIDA, through the program, cooperates with different outsourcing companies to bridge the supply-demand gap in the labor market and cover the companies’ needs of trained human resources with a high competency level in the German language.

- Create a talent pool to serve the outsourcing sector
