The “Human and Organizational Change Management: from Theory to Practice” webinar is organized by the Software Engineering Competence Center (SECC) of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) on January 16. It also provides an explanation on how to prepare for a change and the reasons companies fail while implementing changes.
