The Dispute Settlement committee has been formed based on the Prime Minister's
decree no. 1363 for 2002 and that of the Minister of Communications and
Information Technology no. 277 for 2002. The mandate of the committee is to
examine and resolve disputes that emerge among organizations, public
authorities, public sector companies, business sector companies and private
sector ICT organizations.
