The movie presents the CIT Minister Dr. Tarek Kamel speech during the Launch of E-Signature in Public and Private Sectors at the Smart Village. Dr. Kamel presents this project starting from the initiative of Dr. Nazif in 2004 when he was CIT minister, and the journey of this project till it reached its current status. Dr. Kamel also speaks about the real challenge, which is making citizens aware of this service, and allowing companies to penetrate the society.

In his speech marking the ITI’s 29th graduation ceremony with a total of 789 graduates. Dr. Tarek Kamel said the development and growth of IT exports including IT enabled services and off-shoring and outsourcing represent one of the strategic goals of MCIT.

Dr. Tarek Kamel along with Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Hany Helal inaugurated the sixth International Conference on Information and Communications Technologies (ICICT 2008) held from 16–18 December in Cairo. Organized by the ITI jointly with the IEEE Section in Egypt under the title "Human Capital Development for Progress," this year’s conference aimed at expanding the interest circle of the ICT field as well as shedding light on latest efforts exerted in developing human resources on different levels in all domains.
