    Mauritania has a promising ICT sector with high potentials and suitable capabilities for a developed field. Mauritania links between the Arab World and Africa. It is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean in western Africa, by Algeria and Morocco in the north, by Mali in the east and south and by Senegal in the south. Egypt has conferred means of cooperation in ICT with the Mauritanian side in a way benefiting the two countries on governmental and private sector levels.
