| To further the extent of cooperation on a
bilateral level, MCIT signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) and protocols
with governmental organizations in various countries. These relationships pave
the way for furthering the exchange of knowledge, business partnerships,
consultancy, training, and research projects.
