The first North Africa Internet Governance Forum takes place at Hammamet, Tunisia, in the period of 17- 20 September 2012.
Tunisia organizes the ICT for All forum within the framework of hosting the second phase of the World Summit for Information Society (WSIS). Tunisia, through these endeavours, aims to create a dialogue and exchange experience in following-up on the Millennium Development Goals and the WSIS decisions.
The Forum, during the past five years, tackled several subjects related to WSIS outputs.
This year, the ICT for All forum is to prepare for the participation at the UN social and economic forum in February 2013, and for the WSIS 2014.
The participation at the North Africa IGF forum is of great importance to Egypt as it contributes to the preparations for the African IGF content held by Egypt during the current month.
