Concept
The concept behind the park is to capture the growth potential of the Contact Center industry through creating a dynamic community that will enable local and international players to operate globally.

Timeline
The Park project runs into three phases. Phase one started operating at the end of 2009 and contained 3 buildings. Phase two contains 16 buildings; 9 are under construction, and 7 are in the designing process. Phase two is to be completed by early 2012.
Phase three accommodates 19 buildings, and is expected to be completed by 2013.

Overall infrastructure of the Park is scheduled to be finished during 2010, which provides a golden opportunity for the investors to start building immediately once phase two starts.
